1Who we are

Oxric is responsible for the data you send through this site. You can reach us at hello@oxric.com.

2What we collect

Only what you send through the audit form: the link to your channel or profile, your email address and the language you choose.

This site sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.

3Why we use it

To prepare and send the free audit you ask for, and to reply to you. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering requests.

4Who receives it

Only the service providers that process it for us: Cloudflare (hosting and the form), HighLevel (our customer records) and Zoho (our email). Some of them are in the United States. Those transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.

5How long we keep it

We keep an audit request for 12 months after our last exchange. If you become a client, our agreement sets how long we keep your data.

6Your rights

• See the data we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Have it corrected or deleted.
• Object to its use, or ask us to limit it.

Write to hello@oxric.com and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
